Notice is hereby given that on the 9th day of January 2024, at 2:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner, Donald Doyle Joseph Conner will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, before the Honorable Judge Robert Waters for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from Donald Doyle Joseph Conner to Jae Jo-Linn Liinah. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
