No. 2022-C-000192, located in PARKERSBURG CORP District, LOT 65X110X65X110 LEWIS AVE which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of NELSON RICHARD L, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of WOOD County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on May 31, 2023. BART BECKLEY request that you be nottified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after May 1, 2024, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount needed to redeem on or before April 30, 2024 will be as follows:
