The Object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bonds of matrimony.
To the above-named Respondent: Tamara Horton
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that petitioner has used due diligence to determine the address of the Respondent and has been unable to locate it, and therefore the address is unknown to the Petitioner.
It is hereby ordered that, Tamara Horton serve upon Robert Horton, Petitioner, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before January 15, 2024.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
