On or about April 23, 2015, C.N., on or about February 12, 2016 C.N. and on or about September 17, 2018 C.W., the above-named children, were born to ALICIA WHISMAN. It appears that whereabouts of ALICIA WHISMAN, the Mother of the above-named children is unknown. Notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on JANUARY 30, 2024 at the hour of 9:00 o’clock A.M. before the Honorable Jason A. Wharton, Judge, located at the Judicial Annex, Second Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Mother, ALICIA WHISMAN, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if she cannot afford legal representation, ERIC POWELL, ATTORNEY AT LAW, 500 GREEN STREET, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 422-6555.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Mother, ALICIA WHISMAN with respect of the above-named children C.N., C.N. and C.W.
