AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that Jay-Bee Oil & Gas, Inc. has applied
to the West Virginia Department of Environmental
Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G35 Permit for
its Pleasants Compressor Station located off Herron
Road, near Meadville, Tyler County, West Virginia. The
latitude and longitude coordinates are:
39.4068735, -81.0091238.
The applicant estimates the increased potential to
discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:
-18.15 tons of Nitrogen Oxides per year
-0.30 tons of Carbon Monoxide per year
0.81 tons of Volatile Organic Compounds per year
-0.15 tons of Sulfur Dioxide per year
-1.73 tons of Particulate Matter -10 per year
-36,274 tons of Carbon Dioxide Equivalent per year
-3.72 tons of Formaldehyde per year
-0.18 tons of n-Hexane per year
-7.46 tons of Total Hazardous Air Pollutants per year
Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the
15th day of January 2024. Written comments will be
received by the West Virginia Department of
Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601
57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30
calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
