Sealed bids will be received at the Williamstown City Building, 100 W 5th Street, Williamstown, WV 26187 until 4:00 PM, Tuesday, January 2, 2024, for a Heavy Duty Chasis with the following specifications…
* 2015-2017 Chassis 4 door Crew Cab 1Ton
* Less than 100,000 Miles, preferred
* V-8 Gasoline engine, preferred
* This bid is for Chassis only as the city will be utilizing Alum body to be remounted
* Chassis to be a dual rear wheel
* Chassis to have a 63-inch Cab to Axle length
* Chassis to have a 173-inch Wheel base length
* Chassis to have Automatic transmission
* Rubber floor mats and seats preferred (work Package) Front and Rear
* All Std features such as AC / Radio-AM FM / Door locks
Specifications may be obtained at the Williamstown City Building between the hours of 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The City of Williamstown reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the bid purchase contract in whole or in part to the most qualified bidder as determined by the City of Williamstown. All bids will be opened at the Williamstown City Council meeting, January 2, 2024, starting at 7:00 PM.
