LEGAL NOTICE
The County Commission of Wood County/Homeland Security-Emergency Management will be accepting sealed bids for the purchase and installation of a new phone system for the new Wood/
Wirt Counties E-911 Center.
Specifications may be obtained by emailing Russ Hockenberry, at rhockenberry@
woodcountywv.com with the subject of “Phone Bid” or by calling 304-420-0911.
All sealed bids must be received no later than 9:30 a.m. on January 22, 2024 and can be mailed to Wood County Commission – Attn: 911 Phone Bid, 1 Court Square, Suite 205, Parkersburg, WV 26101.
Bid opening will be held by the County Commission at 10:10 on January 22, 2024, in Room 203 of the Wood County Courthouse.
The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
