You will take notice that BART BECKLEY, the purchaser of the following real estate, Cert. No. 2022-C-0000249, located in PARKERSBURG CORP District, #47 BRIANTS GREENWOOD ADN which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of FEICK HOWARD O III, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of WOOD County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on May 31, 2023. BART BECKLEY request that you be nottified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after June 1, 2024, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount needed to redeem on or before May 31, 2024 will be as follows:
