ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of the above entitled action for the Plaintiff Set a hearing to approve the sale of Riverside Church of Christ and order that notice of the date and time of said hearing be published in the local newspaper to allow any interested parties to appear and argue their objection to the sale.
Following the Hearing, the Court grant Declaratory Judgment approving the sale of the real property known as 501 and 501 % Caroline Avenue Williamstown, WV 26187 to the prospective buyers in accordance to the sales contract referenced above or in the alternative approve the sale of the property to a ready, willing, and able buyer in the event that the current agreement should fail.
That the Court approve the proposed net proceed disbursements to the listed organizations in the complaint that can be obtained from the Wood County Circuit Court.
It is ordered that the Congregation of the Riverside Church of Christ of Williamstown do serve upon the Wood County Circuit Court, whose address is 2 Government Square Room 133, Parkersburg, WV 26101, any objections or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on
before February 5,2024,
