On or about July 3, 2022, B.P. the above-named child was born to JASMINE PRYOR. It appears that whereabouts of the Father of the above-named child, UNKNOWN FATHER are unknown. Notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on FEBRUARY 27, 2024 at the hour of 10:00 o’clock A.M. before the Honorable Jason A. Wharton, Judge, located at the Judicial Annex, Second Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, UNKNOWN FAHTER, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, JEFFREY REED, ATTORNEY AT LAW, 4420 ROSEMAR ROAD, UNIT 101-A, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 917-3645.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, UNKNOWN FAHTER, with respect to the above-named child, B.P.
