The object of the above entitled action for the Plaintiff to obtain an Order directing the West Virginia Division of Motor Vehicles to Release the Lien on the face of the mobile home title and terminate the title nunc pro tunc so that the subject mobile home was terminated as a matter of law 2002 and is forever considered a fixture and improvement on the subject real property. An award for reasonable costs in the amount equal to the filing and service of process fees. An award of reasonable attorneys fees.
