It is hereby ordered that RICHARD CURRY serve upon PATRICIA MCVAY, Circuit Clerk’s Office, whose address is 100 N COURT ST RIPLEY, West Virginia, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition for Modification in this action on or before FEBRUARY 12, 2024. If you fail to Answer the Petition for Modification a judgment may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
