from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. beginning 01/17/2024. The project will offer an electronic version of the bid specifications. BIDS FOR ALL PROJECTS WILL BE RECEIVED until 1:00 P.M. on 01/27/2024. Bids will be publicly opened at 1:01 P.M. on 01/27/2024 at the Junior Achievement offices located at 90 Emerson Ln., Suite 1403, Bridgeville, PA 15017. Bids must be on standard proposal forms in the manner therein described and be enclosed in a sealed envelope, bearing the name and address of the bidder on the outside, addressed to Junior Achievement.
