You will take notice that JEREMY SANDS, the purchaser of the following real estate, Cert. No. 2022-C-0000591, located in VIENNA CORP District, MAPLE AVE LYNNDEN RD ADN 19TH ST which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of VAN CLIEF LINDA R HALL VICKIE L, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of WOOD County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on May 31, 2023. JEREMY SANDS request that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after July 1, 2024, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount needed to redeem on or before June 30, 2024 will be as follows:
