The Object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.
To the Above-Named Respondent:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that CHRISTINA MARIE SEEVERS., is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, CHRISTINA MARIE SEEVERS, Respondent, serve upon MICHAEL ANTHONY SEEVERS, Petitioner, whose address is 1118 Latrobe St, Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before FEBRUARY 23, 2024.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
