Grounds Services
The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of West Virginia University at Parkersburg to establish a contract for Grounds Services. A detailed bid package can be found at wvup.edu.
Sealed bids are due no later than 1:00 PM on February 12, 2024. A public bid opening will be held at that time.
