Notice is hereby given that on the 23 of February, 2024, at 9:15 o’clock, a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner, Luna Yale, will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, before the Honorable Judge Robert A Waters, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from Luna Lindsey Yale to Luna Lindsey Acree. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his/ office.
