The object of the above-referenced action is to satisfy the land contract between the Plaintiff and Defendants.
And it appearing by the affidavit filed in this action that the last known addresses have been attempted, and not known, it is hereby, ESTATE OF CHARLES W. ELDER, CAROLE J. DAVIS, EXECUTRIX, ESTATE OF SUSAN LYNN HARRIS, CARRIE ANN VIDEMER, JOHN “JOHNNY” WHITLATCH, CAROLE J. DAVIS, AND KIMBERLY CARPENTER., shall serve upon Justin M. Raber, Esq., counsel for the Plaintiff, whose address is P.O. Box 345, Parkersburg, West Virginia, 26102, a response or any defense you have to this action ON OR BEFORE March 4, 2024. A hearing is set before the Honorable Jason A. Wharton at 9:00 a.m. on the 13th day of March, 2024, on the Complaint and further requested relief, and may be continued without further notice or publication. A copy of said Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
