COMMISSIONER’S REPORT

TO THE HONORABLE JASON WHARTON, JUDGE, FOURTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT

Dated: _________________

Your Commissioner reports that THE SHERIFF OF WOOD COUNTY, the Conservator of FRANCES DOWLER, A PROTECTED PERSON, filed with your Commissioner AN ANNUAL INVENTORY (2021).

Said inventory has been retained in my office for ten (10) days from the date of completion thereof, for the inspection of all the parties interested, for the purpose of allowing exceptions thereto, and written notice was given to all known parties in interest by mailing a notice of the completion of said settlement to the last known address of the parties, and ten (10) days have elapsed since the giving of said notice, your Commissioner reports that no exceptions have been filed with him.

Your Commissioner has charged for his services to the date of this Inventory is $150.00 as his fee and costs, which he believes is a fair and reasonable compensation. Said fee and costs are proper and justified because of the complicated issues and problems attendant to such Inventory and Notices and the amount of time involved in and about their resolution, and the same has been submitted to the fiduciary who has paid the same.

Given under my hand as Fiduciary Commissioner this the day and year first above written.
