The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.

It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that MARY HELEN MATTHEWS, is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that MARY HELEN MATTHEWS, Respondednt, serve upon JAMES HARVEY FETTY, Petitioner, whose address is 1811 S. Pleasant Hill Rd Belleville, WV 26133 an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition, filed in this action on or before March 4, 2024.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgement, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
