TO THE ABOVE NAMED JOHN DOE, UNKNOWN FATHER OF E.C.M.M. AN INFANT:
THE OBJECT OF THIS PROCEEDING IS TO ESTABLISH PATERNITY FOR THE AFORE MENTIONED CHILD
It is hereby ordered that you, appear at the Adjudicatory Hearing on the Amended Petition filed in this matter. This matter is set for an adjudicatory hearing on the 8th day of April, 2024 at 11:15 a.m. o’clock or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard in the courtroom of the Circuit Court of Pleasants County, West Virginia, at St. Marys, West Virginia.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you wherein your paternal rights to said E.C.M.M., infant, may be terminated or otherwise affected.
A copy of said petition may be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
