The City of Vienna is seeking sealed bids for the following: THE MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE JACKSON PARK POOL AND CONCESSIONS STAND IN THE CITY OF VIENNA.
Bidding documents and specifications are available at the Vienna City Building, 609 29th Street, Vienna, WV 26105.
Sealed bids will be received until March 4, 2024 at 10:00AM at the Vienna City Building, 609 29th Street, Vienna, WV 26105 , at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bid may be withdrawn after that time for a period of ninety (90) days. Proposals received after that time will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder unopened. Sealed proposals shall be clearly marked ” ” RFP – Management Services for the City of Vienna Pool and Concessions.”
Prospective bidders may contact Purchasing Agent Lisa Bibbee at (304) 295-6928, between the hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, for additional information regarding the bid specifications. Vendors must be registered with the State of West Virginia. If applicable, a City business license must be obtained and City Business and Occupation taxes paid before the final payment is rendered. Prospective bidders must provide a copy of a current WV Business Registration Certificate.
