The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.

It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that RAYMOND MICHAEL ADKINS, is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that RAYMOND MICHAE. ADKINS, Respondent, serve upon REBECCA GAYLE ADKINS, Petitioner, by serving CELESTE RIDGEWAY, CIRCUIT COURT, whose address is WOOD COUNTY JUDICIAL BUILDING, #2 GOVERNMENT SQUARE, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition, filed in this action on or before March 4, 2024.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgement, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition..
