ORDER OF DIRECTING PAYMENT
This matter now comes on for consideration, there having been certain cost attendant to newspaper publication in this civil action proceeding.
It is brought to the attention of the Court that pursuant to Rule 27 of the Practices and Procedure for Domestic Violence, the Petitioner cannot be responsible for any costs associated with a Domestic Violence action.
This Court does further recognize that there is a need for newspaper publication in the Parkersburg News for original service of process upon a non-resident Respondent in this proceeding.
Now, therefore in consideration of the foregoing, this Court does hereby ORDER that all payment regarding any publication in this matter shall be made by the State of West Virginia through the office of the Court Administrator of the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals.
