The object of this suit is to obtain an Adoption:
Notice is hereby given that on April 15, 2024 at 10:30am, on said day or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, before the Honorable Judge Robert Waters, Petitioner will apply by Petition to the Family Court of Wood County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by said Court granting adoption of B.A.W., at which time and place, Travis Lester, may appear if so desired.
