The Committee on Aging for Randolph County(COARC) is accepting bids for roof replacement on the Mill Creek Nutrition Site building located at 49 Town Center Plaza in Mill Creek, WV.
Bid shall include removal and disposal of current shingles on roof, as well as Installation of new roofing utilizing Owens Corning Duration Shingles, Owens Corning Roll Vent, Owens Corning Hip and Ridge Caps, and Owens Corning Titanium Underlayment. Bid shall include assurance that these roofing products will be installed according to manufacturers installation instructions, including nailing pattern, so that maximum extended warranty shall apply.
Scope of work will include replacement of plywood decking as needed, and a price per sheet should be included in the submitted bid as a possible additional cost.
Bidder will assure that the project will be completed by June 30, 2024. Successful bidder will be responsible for all building permits, and will furnish COARC with proof of insurance, worker’s comp insurance, contractor and business licenses.
