Notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on FEBRUARY 27, 2024 at the hour of 10:30 o’clock A.M. before the Honorable Jason A. Wharton, judge, located at the Judicial Annex, Second Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The father, UNKNOWN FATHER has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, ERIC POWELL, ATTORNEY AT LAW, 500 GREEN STREET, STREET, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101, has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 422-6555.
