CLASS II LEGAL AD
The Calhoun County Commission will be accepting bids for a Courthouse Improvement project at the Calhoun County Courthouse located in Grantsville, WV consisting of an upgrade to the HVAC system on the third floor of the courthouse.
Bids will be accepted until 9:00 a.m. Monday, March 11, 2024 at the Calhoun County’s Courthouse in the County Clerk’s office.
The scope of the work will consist of:
Two new condenser units
Six ceiling cassettes
Two high wall cassettes in the stairwell
All electrical work required
Drains from the indoor units to existing drain outlets
All required concrete hole cutting
There are no architectural plans or drawings.
The Calhoun County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Questions may be directed to Jean Simers, County Clerk, at 304-354-6725.
