You will take notice that BRETT BECKLEY, the purchaser of the following real estate, Cert. No. 2022-C-000132, located in PARKERSBURG CORP District, LOT 50X175′ E/S GEORGE ST (33/160-A) which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of MARTIN WILLIAM, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of WOOD County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on May 31, 2023. BRETT BECKLEY request that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after August 1, 2024, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount needed to redeem on or before July 31, 2024 will be as follows:
