Notice is hereby given that on the 14 day of March, 2024, at 9:00 o’clock, a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner(s), Amaya Mcdonald, will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing his/her child’s name from Everleigh Faye Seebaugh to Everleigh Faye Mcdonald. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
