The object of the above-entitled action for the Plaintiff to quiet title on the following property, 916 Williams Highway, Vienna, WV 26105 that was purchased by Montana Sky, LLC at a tax sale. Plaintiff purchased the property from Montana Sky, LLC. That the Defendant be required to answer or make appearance in the above styled quiet title action.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that Plaintiff, ROBERT MICHAEL FOGGIN it is ordered that BRENDA LOUDIN, CRYSTAL SANDERS AND CARRIE REITMIRE do serve upon the Wood County Circuit Court, whose address is 2 Government Square Room 133, Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before March 18th 2024, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against the BRENDA LOUDIN, CRYSTAL SANDERS AND CARRIE REITMIRE at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk’s Office.
