LEGAL NOTICE
This Notice of Dissolution (“Notice”) is given pursuant to W.Va. Code Section 31B-8-808 that Women’s Health Specialists of Wheeling Hospital LLC (the “Company”) has formally dissolved by filing Articles of Termination with the W.Va. Secretary of State on February 27, 2024. Any person having a claim against the Company is hereby requested to present such claim in writing to Women’s Health Specialists of Wheeling Hospital LLC c/o Chief Legal Officer, West Virginia United Health System, Inc., 1085 Van Voorhis Road, Suite 500, Morgantown, West Virginia 26505, setting forth the name, address and phone number of the claimant and clearly stating the type of claim and the basis upon which the claim is made. A claim against the Company is barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five (5) years after publication of this Notice.
