IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 23-JA-130 BRITTNEY TOBUREN, biological mother of infant K.T., whose date of birth is October 26, 2023 and UNKNOWN FATHER of infant K.T., whose date of birth is October 26, 2023, natural child of Brittney Toburen.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Human Services, has filed a petition alleging that UNKNOWN FATHER of K.T. has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant K.T., whose date of birth is October 26, 2023. ANYONE CLAIMING TO BE FATHER OF INFANT K.T.., whose date of birth is October 26, 2023 and who is the child of BRITTNEY TOBUREN is ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 12th day of April, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. for an Adjudication and Disposition Hearing , if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise UNKNOWN FATHER of infant K.T., whose date of birth is October 26, 2023, may be adjudicated abusive and neglectful parent and his parental rights may be terminated.
