The Object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.

It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that JEREMY DAVID FREEMAN, is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, JEREMY DAVID FREEMAN, Respondent, serve upon TRISTAN LYNN FREEMAN, Petitioner, by serving CELESTE RIDGWAY, CIRCUIT CLERK, whose address is WOOD COUNTY JUDICIAL BUILDING, #2 GOVERNMENT SQUARE, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before ApriL 8, 2024.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition..
