PUBLIC NOTICE

The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection (WVDEP) has proposed a settlement of an Administrative Penalty Order for Meadows Stone & Paving, Inc. which resolves violation(s) of the West Virginia Water Pollution Control Act. In accordance with the Draft Order, Meadows Stone & Paving, Inc. has been assessed administrative penalties and must comply with the Act. Final settlement is subject to comments received during the thirty (30) day period ending April 12, 2024. (PROTECTIVE ORDER/HEARING DATE)

1. The object of this suit is to obtain protection from domestic violence.

2. The object of this publication by Class I legal advertisement is to notify Respondent of the EMERGENCY PROTECTIVE ORDER prohibiting the above-named Respondent from abusing, harassing, stalking, threatening, intimidating or engaging in conduct that places Petitioner and/or the child(ren) and/or incapaticted person(s) named in the ORDER in reasonable fear of bodily injury.

TO THE ABOVE-NAMED RESPONDENT:

If appearing by evidence duly taken in this action that you could not be found in or that you have left the State of West Virginia, you are hereby notified of the ORDER referenced above, a copy of the Petition and Order may be obtained at the Wood County, Circuit Clerk’s office. This PROTECTIVE ORDER will remain in effect until April 3, 2024.

A Final Hearing is scheduled for the 3rd day of April 2024, at 9:45 am before the Wood County Family Court.
