Notice is hereby given that Roaring Creek Coal Company, LLC, 109 Appalachian Drive, Beckley, WV 25801 filed an applicat.ion with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) 47 School Street, Suite 301, Philippi, WV, 26416-1600 for extension of inactive status on Permit No. U201610 located near Mabie in Roaring Creek District of Randolph County.
Written comments on this application shall identify the applicant and application number and will be received by the Inspection and Enforcement Supervisor at the DEP address above until May 13, 2024, or thirty (30) days from the date of publication.
