On or about October 13, 2009, C.B., the above-named child, was born to SIERRA POWELL. It appears that whereabouts of the Father of the above-named child, UNKNOWN FATHER is unknown.
On or about January 23, 2019 D.L., the above-named child, was born to LAKOTA LOTT. It appears that whereabouts of the Mother of the above-named child, LAKOTA LOTT, is unknown.
Notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on APRIL 30, 2024, at the hour of 9:30 o’clock A.M. before the Honorable Jason A. Wharton, Judge, located at the Judicial Annex, Second Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, UNKNOWN FATHER has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, MICHAEL FARNSWORTH, ATTORNEY AT LAW, P.O. BOX 83, PARKERSBURG, WV 26102, has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 485-0300.

The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, UNKNOWN FATHER, and the Mother, LAKOTA LOTT, with respect to the above-named children, D.L. and C.B.
