INVITATION TO BID: Here & There Transit is seeking bids for the landscaping and mowing of the Here & There Transit property located at 336 Mansfield Drive in Philippi, WV. Bids must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked “LANDSCAPING AND MOWING PROJECT BID” on the outside.
Bids will be accepted until Noon on Friday April 12, 2024. Bids can be dropped off at Here & There Transit at 336 Mansfield Drive in Philippi, WV 26416 Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Bids can also be submitted by mail. The mailing address is: Here & There Transit, P.O. Box 146 Philippi WV 26416.
Bids must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked “LANDSCAPING AND MOWING PROJECT BID” on the outside.

Here & There Transit shall award the contract or reject all bids within thirty (30) days of bid closing unless there has been an agreed extension. Here & There Transit reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, waive any informality in the bidding process and accept the bid that is in the best interests of Here & There Transit.
