NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the above-styled matter has been filed in the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, pursuant to the West Virginia Contraband Forfeiture Act (West Virginia Code 60A-7-701, et. seq.). Any person or corporation having a claim to the hereinafter described property shall, on or before the 6th day of May, 2024 file, in writing, their claim to said property with the Clerk of said Court, which said claim must clearly state the identity of the claimant and an address where legal process can be served upon such person or corporation. A copy of said claim shall be delivered to Patrick O. Lefebure, Prosecuting Attorney, Counsel for Petitioners, at the Office of the Wood County Prosecuting Attorney, Judge Donald Black Annex, 317 Market Street, Parkersburg, West Virginia 26101.
Pursuant to West Virginia Code 60A-7-705 (c)(1-6), the following information is given: (1) the property seized which is the subject of the petition filed is $2,147.00 in United States Currency and Taurus Spectrum .380, Serial No. 1F177501; (2) the Parkersburg Narcotics Task Force is responsible for the seizure; (3) the property was seized on December 30, 2023 at 1020 Swann Street, Apt. 2, Parkersburg, Wood County West Virginia; (4) the only owners of the property subject to forfeiture known to Petitioners is Elaina Slack-Nolen, whose address is 1020 Swann Street, Apt. 2, Parkersburg, West Virginia; Ronnie Lockhart, Jr., whose address is 2306 Camden Avenue, Parkersburg, West Virginia, Robert McNemar, whose address is 40 Kings Row, Lot 29, Parkersburg, West Virginia and/or Andreana Workman, whose address is 1713 Park Street, Parkersburg, West Virginia; (5) the person having possession of the seized property at the time of the seizure was Elaina Slack Nolen, Ronnie Lockhart, Jr., Robert McNemar and/or Andreana Workman; and (6) a request to the above named Court to enter an Order directing ownership of said property in the State and the Parkersburg Narcotics Task Force will be made.
