It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that LORI LYNN RHODES, is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that LORI LYNN RHODES, Respondent, serve upon ERIC SCOTT RHODES, Petitioner, at 2804 10th Ave Vienna, WV 26105 an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition, filed in this action on or before ApriL 17, 2024.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition..
