3/4 Ton Pickup Truck
The Vienna Volunteer Fire Department is seeking sealed bids for the purchase of a 3/4 ton pickup truck.
Bidding documents and specifications are available at the Vienna Volunteer Fire Department, 609 28 th Street, Vienna, WV 26105.
Sealed proposals will be received until 11:00 AM on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at the Vienna Volunteer Fire Department, 609 28 th Street, Vienna, WV 26105, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bid may be withdrawn after that time for a period of ninety (90) days.
Proposals received after that time will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder unopened. Sealed proposals should be clearly marked “SEALED BID VVFD #24-01. Prospective bidders may contact Lisa Bibbee at 304-295-6928 or Chief Steve Scholl at 304-295-5652, between the hours of 8:00AM to 4:00PM, Monday through Friday. Vendors must be registered with the State of West Virginia. If applicable, a city business license must be obtained, and City Business and Occupation taxes paid before the final payment is rendered. Prospective bidders must provide a copy of a current WV Business Registration Certificate.
