Notice is hereby given that on the 9th day of April 2024, at 3:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard Petitioner, NIKKI M. GIFFORD, will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing her granddaughter’s name from Trinity Mari Parsons to Trinity Mari Gifford. At which time, any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication. A copy of said petition can be obtained from the Circuit Clerk of Wood County, West Virginia at his office.
