INVITATION TO SUBMIT PROPOSALS
Proposals, including prices, are requested and will be received by the Central Boaz Public Service District for furnishing additional radio read water meters and/or a radio read water metering system. Proposals will be accepted via e-mail at [email protected] on or before April 15, 2024 until 4:00 p.m., local time. Proposals received after this time will not be considered.
Each Proposal shall be submitted in an e-mail with the subject line “Radio Read Water Metering System Proposal”. The Proposal shall not be contained in the text of the e-mail but must be attached to the e-mail as a .pdf attachment.
Proposals will be opened at the regularly scheduled board meeting on April 16, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. local time.
Central Boaz Public Service District reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to award a contract to any vendor deemed to be in the best interests of the district.
