Registration for a natural
gas production facility,
Elmer Wellpad, located off
Proctor Creek Road, near
Proctor, Wetzel County,
West Virginia. The latitude
and longitude coordinates
are: 39.69381, -80.73759.
The applicant estimates
the potential increase in
the following Regulated
Air Pollutants (including
fugitive emissions) will be:
NOX: 12.13 tons
CO: 44.06 tons
VOC: 0.79 tons
SO2: 0.10 tons
PM10: 5.86 tons
PM2.5: 1.65 tons
Formaldehyde: 0.01 tons
