West Virginia University at Parkersburg is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to renovate their existing bookstore. Renovations include reducing the size of the current bookstore to allow space for (5) five administrative offices, a reception area, lobby, computer lab, breakroom, and a conference room. Electronic bid documents will be available on April 5, 2024, at www.pickeringplanroom.com at no cost. A Prebid meeting will be held on April 15, 2024, at 10:30 am at WVU Parkersburg located at 300 Campus Drive, Parkersburg, WV 26104. Bids will be due at 10:30 a.m. on April 29, 2024, at the WVU-P Purchasing Department at 300 Campus Drive, Parkersburg, WV 26104 Attention: Jeannine Hetrick-Ratliffe, CPO. A public bid opening will take place in the Business Office Conference Room directly after bids are due. The Project does not include Davis-Bacon Wage Requirements.
