Please take Notice that on the 17th day of June, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as this matter may be heard, the undersigned will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for the entry of an Order changing the name of Stacy Lea Brock to Stacy Lea Secoy, pursuant to the West Virginia Code Chapter 48, Article 25, Section 101, et seq., as amended 2003, at which time all parties having objections thereto may appear and be heard on this matter.
