Notice is hereby given that the Plaintiff herein instituted a civil action against the Beneficiaries of the Estate of Kathryn Alice Paul in the case as styled herein. The suit seeks to determine that the Plaintiff, Kathy L. Santoro is the true and lawful owner of a certain parcel of real estate described as approximately part of Lot 47 and 46 of the 8th Addition Plan of the City of Follansbee, Brooke County, West Virginia, and designated as Map F14H, Parcel 0126, as more fully set forth in the Civil Complaint filed in the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia. The Beneficiaries of the Estate of Kathryn Alice Paul are required to appear within one month after the date of the first publication of this Notice to Appear and do what is necessary to protect their interest in this matter.
This Order shall be published once each week for two (2) consecutive weeks.
