Wood County Schools will be accepting bids for the Gihon Elementary School Secure Entrance Project. Work shall include, but not be limited to the following: selective demolition of existing administrative offices to create a new secure entry that is ADA accessible as well as new administrative spaces. This includes renovation of existing administrative spaces for new offices, ADA restrooms, and general modifications to mechanical electrical, and plumbing systems, and new interior finishes. planroom.com on April 19, 2024. Documents can be downloaded for free or hard copies can be ordered for the cost of printing. A Prebid meeting will be held at the Gihon Elementary School located at 2000 Belmont Road, Parkersburg, WV on Thursday, April 24, 2024, at 10:00 AM. Bids will be due at 10:00 AM on Monday, May 6, 2024, at the Wood County Schools Board Office located at 1210 13th Street, Parkersburg, WV, at which time and place there will be a public bid opening.
