It is hereby ordered that SHARON KAYE MILLER Respondent, serve upon JAMES FAIR MILLER, Petitioner, at 3381 Walker Road, Walker, WV 26180, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition, filed in this action on or before May 6, 2024.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition..
