MID-OHIO VALLEY
REGIONAL AIRPORT (PKB)
PARKERSBURG, WV
Separate, sealed bids will be received by the Airport Manager of the Mid-Ohio Valley Regional Airport, Parkersburg, West Virginia, until Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. EST, when and where they will be opened. For the ground keeping equipment the Mid-Ohio Valley Regional Airport is seeking bids for the following: 45-65 HP 4×4 tractor with front end loader, box blade, 8 ft. brush rotary cutter, and canopy; zero turn mower with minimum 72 inch cutting width and minimum 12 mph forward speed; mower capable of handling a 30 degree slope with closed cab and minimum 60 inch cutting width; 4×4 side by side with minimum seating for 2 adults, minimum forward speed of 45 mph, canopy, minimum hauling capacity of 300 lbs., and minimum towing capacity of 2,500 lbs. All bids must be received by the Airport Authority in a sealed envelope and clearly marked Grounds Keeping Equipment. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled time for the opening of the proposals. Any bid received after the time and date specified shall not be considered. Fax copies will not be acceptable.
The Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bid or in the request for bid process where the best interests for the Airport may be served.
